Today I spoke with Kylie Mitchell, a fellow Houstonian, blogger, and practicing Registered Dietician specializing in eating disorders with a weight neutral approach. We talk about her journey through anorexia and its different manifestations through a disordered relationship with food as well as compulsive exercise habits. We discuss intuitive movement and how Intuitive Eating can really be a foundation for unleashing our intuition in all parts of our life. We also discuss her blog, and how she approaches food pictures now being on the outside of diet culture.
